Join accomplished textile artist Kirsten Aune and learn her stenciling technique for fabric design while making a Valentine pillow for someone you love. Leave with lots of tips and know-how to start your own textile creations. Students will learn how to cut stencils, learn about different inks, prepare fabric, and then print their own fabric designs. Kirsten is known for her “Modern Scandinavian” aesthetic, and she creates original geometric and floral designs using stencils that she cuts by hand and then arranges in dynamic visual compositions using bright blocks of color and bold designs. Tuition: $50 DFG members, $55 non-members
Materials Fee: $25 (paid to instructor during class, includes stencils, inks, and fabric for printing)

Refund policy: If you need to cancel your class registration, you will receive a refund, less a $5 administrative fee, if the cancellation is received fourteen days prior to the class. If you cancel less than fourteen days before the class, you will not be eligible for a refund. If for some reason DFG needs to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.
