Jeannette is a Senior Program Manager with The Livestock Conservancy. Her webinar will discuss the Conservancy’s Shave ‘Em to Save ‘Em Initiative which recognizes fiber artists who use wool from breeds on their Conservation Priority List. The initiative connects shepherds of heritage breeds with customers. The program enables fiber artists to explore wool and fiber with a variety of textures and colors, try different techniques, and learn which wools and techniques pair best. Jeannette will discuss the program and the breeds that are included in the initiative.
